A valve mechanism 3 is attached to the water guide case of the fire hydrant main body A connected by 0 and an operation mechanism 36 for opening and closing the same. The water guide case 1 comprises a stainless steel body 6, a stainless steel water inlet 9 fixed to the lower end opening thereof, and a stainless steel lid plate 13 detachably attached to the upper end of the body. The water discharge mechanism 2 is composed of a stainless steel guide tube and a stainless steel elevating tube 21 having a stainless steel connection tube 20 at the upper end.
