(57) [Problem] To provide a plating apparatus for a lead frame and a method thereof. SOLUTION: A plating tank containing a plating solution, a wetting member provided at one end of the plating bath and always keeping a wet state with a plating solution supplied from the plating bath, and applying a current to the plating solution contained in the wetting member. And an electrode member provided so as to be able to apply the voltage. Accordingly, it is possible to selectively perform plating on a specific portion of the surface of the lead frame that requires plating, and there is little harm to the human body and the environment due to the plating process. |
