titleOfInvention | Member having hydrophilic-hydrophobic conversion performance and device using the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a member that can make an arbitrary position on a base material hydrophobic or hydrophilic depending on the situation. SOLUTION: A member having a surface layer made of at least one selected from a silicone resin in which at least a part of an organic group bonded to a silicon atom in a silicone atom is substituted with a hydroxyl group, silica, alumina, silicate, and aluminosilicate. A surface characterized in that the surface layer exhibits hydrophobicity in response to adsorption of the hydrophobic gas and recovers hydrophilicity in response to irradiation of the hydrophobic gas on the adsorption surface with ultraviolet light. Is a member having hydrophilic-hydrophobic conversion performance. |
