abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a cell balance circuit for balancing a plurality of rechargeable batteries so that a voltage difference between the batteries does not increase when the batteries are used in series. SOLUTION: Each of the batteries includes a voltage conversion circuit for converting a voltage of a plurality of rechargeable batteries to a GND reference, and an output circuit for outputting a lowest voltage value of the plurality of converted voltages. A circuit constituting a discharge loop of a corresponding battery, and comparing the lowest voltage value with the conversion voltage of the corresponding battery, and determining that the conversion voltage is equal to or higher than a set value with respect to the lowest voltage value. And a circuit for turning on the discharge loop.
