(57) [Problem] To provide a reagent which stabilizes a reagent and can be used in a liquid state for a long time. SOLUTION: A reagent kit comprising a first reagent containing a reagent component having a protecting group and a second reagent containing a component capable of removing the protecting group of the reagent component; and a first reagent containing a reagent component having a protecting group. A method for using a reagent kit, comprising: mixing a second reagent containing a component capable of removing a protecting group of the reagent component at the time of use to remove the protecting group. |
