PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing tape for precision parts suitable for final finishing which has no scratches during grinding and is durable. A primer layer (6) on one side of a base film (5) and a surface center line average roughness (Ra) of 0.005 to 2.0 are provided. μm, the polishing layer 6 of the polishing tape 4 which is the polishing layer 7 having a total light transmittance of 50 to 90% and a haze value of 5 to 70%. It is composed of a composite oxide and a binder. |
