(57) [Summary] The present invention relates to a Treponema pallidum fusion DNA sequence fused with a DNA sequence encoding a surface antigen of Treponema pallidum to which a signal peptide is added and a DNA sequence encoding a secretion-related enzyme, and the DNA sequence. This is a method for expressing a syphilitic treponemal antigen using E. coli. Effect of the Invention According to the present invention, a large amount of highly reactive Treponema pallidum antigen to which lipids are bound can be obtained, and when this antigen is used as an immunoassay reagent, it is more specific and more sensitive than conventional ones. A measurement can be made. In addition, a stable supply of antigen is ensured because of the use of genetic engineering technology. |
