titleOfInvention | Curtain coating equipment |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize film formation by coating a coating liquid with a curtain-shaped liquid film, suppress streak-like failure, and prevent the ear edge after coating from becoming thick. SOLUTION: This curtain coating apparatus is provided with a slide surface on which a coating liquid flows and flows down from a tip as a free-falling curtain-shaped liquid film 5, and applies a coating liquid to a target object 3 in a down-flow manner. At least a pair of auxiliary liquid pipes 24 for supplying auxiliary liquid from the width direction so as to sandwich the curtain-shaped liquid film 5 are provided at positions spaced apart from the leading end of the slide surface by a predetermined distance along the edge portion of the curtain-shaped liquid film 5. Configuration. |
