PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance electromagnetic wave shielding property, to prevent the occurrence of moire on a scanning line of a display, and to reflect external light by external light from a viewing side of the display. And has an anti-reflective protective film that prevents internal light reflection due to light emission of the display body, has high hardness, has excellent abrasion resistance, and prevents the generation of static electricity. An object is to provide an electromagnetic wave shielding plate that can be used effectively. A conductive pattern having an electromagnetic wave shielding property is provided on a transparent substrate, and the conductive pattern is formed of a blackening layer, a conductive pattern layer, and a blackening layer.
