titleOfInvention Waste treatment equipment
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To efficiently melt waste in a short time regardless of the proportion of metal in the waste, and to have a structure without the need for a plasma torch drive mechanism and control means. It is relatively simple and does not require replacement of the electrodes of the plasma torch. SOLUTION: A melting furnace 14 having heat resistance is configured to be able to store waste 15 in which one or more of combustible, flame-retardant and incombustible substances are mixed, and this waste is supplied to waste supply means. 16 feeds the melting furnace. The induction heating coil 12 around the melting furnace heats and melts the conductive waste among the melting furnace by electromagnetic induction, and the induction thermal plasma torch 11 facing the waste in the melting furnace has a predetermined shape. The waste in the melting furnace is incinerated and melted by ionizing and heating the gas and discharging it toward the waste in the melting furnace. The molten waste in the melting furnace is discharged from an outlet 14a formed at the bottom of the melting furnace. 7 is opened and closed.
