abstract |
(57) Abstract: A sealing laminate having improved hermeticity and compressive strength in long-term temperature stability of at least 150 ° C is provided. A graphite laminate comprising a graphite foil and a metal foil layer alternately arranged vertically and in parallel with each other, wherein the graphite foil is bonded to the metal foil. The two layers bounding each other are made of metal foil, and the outer flat surfaces of these metal foils bounding the laminate upward and downward have an extended temperature stability of at least 150 ° C. It is completely covered with and bonded to an airtight foil of polymer. Preferably, the bonding between the foils is performed without an adhesive. |
