titleOfInvention Sponge cleaning equipment
abstract (57) [Problem] In a conventional sponge cleaning apparatus, cleaning efficiency may be poor or an excessive load may be applied to the apparatus, which may lead to damage of the apparatus. SOLUTION: One of a plurality of rollers 52 rotatably supported is arranged in parallel in a horizontal direction. A large number of other rollers 51, which are rotatably supported to face below the one roller 52 and are rotatably supported, are arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction, and the other roller group which rotates in the reverse direction to the one roller 52, and A drive motor 90 for rotating one and the other roller groups; and a washing nozzle 100 for injecting washing water to a sponge S traveling between the one roller group and the other roller group. Each of the other rollers 51 constituting the group is formed into a cylindrical shape and has a large number of through-holes 51a, and the cleaning nozzle 100 applies cleaning water to the lower surface of the sponge S that moves in the horizontal direction. It is configured to radiate.
