abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a separator material excellent in mechanical strength and workability and capable of maintaining a low electric resistance for a long time in a high temperature range. A lower layer is coated by plasma spraying a mixed powder of a conductive ceramic powder and a metal powder on a base material made of a heat-resistant metal or a heat-resistant alloy. The upper layer 13 is coated by plasma spraying the powder. The upper layer 13 prevents oxidation of the base material 11 and the lower layer 12 relieves thermal stress between the base material 11 and the upper layer 13. It does not peel off from the substrate, can maintain low electrical resistance, and has high durability. |
