PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-fogging and anti-fog having a coating layer which is transparent and excellent in anti-fogging property, dew-proofing property, anti-fouling property and film strength, and also excellent in durability against chemicals and hot water. An object of the present invention is to provide a dew-resistant and antifouling article. SOLUTION: In the superabsorbent coating composition formed on the surface of a substrate, the composition is a polymer having an OH group or a water-absorbing polymer, at least a polycondensation reaction of an inorganic alkoxide and a hydrolyzate of the alkoxide. A superabsorbent coating composition formed from a composition obtained by being produced in the presence of an organic polymer and a peroxide. |
