Dry distillation method for chlorine-containing plastic materials |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] Toxic chlorine-based gas is generated when dry-treating an object containing all or a part of a plastic material. Further, chloride is fixed to the residue in order not to contain chlorine-based gas, but dechlorination of the residue is required. SOLUTION: An object to be treated and a dechlorinating agent composed of a carbonate-based potassium substance are put in a tank 1, and the dechlorinating agent is placed in a low oxygen atmosphere for 200 hours. The carbonization treatment is performed at a temperature of from 1000C to 1000C. The harmful chlorine-based gas generated from the material to be treated in the tank reacts with the dechlorinating agent, and the harmful chlorine-based gas is replaced with harmless chloride (KCl) to generate harmless carbonized gas and carbonized residue. realizable. |
