titleOfInvention | Exhaust heat recovery boiler and its drainage pipe flue bottom plate penetration part expansion joint corrosion prevention method |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To prevent corrosion of an expansion joint provided at a portion where a drain pipe of a heat transfer tube group of an exhaust heat recovery boiler passes through a bottom plate of the boiler. SOLUTION: A high-temperature gas inlet 20 is arranged on a gas upstream side in a flue of an exhaust heat recovery boiler, and a high-temperature gas outlet 21 is opened on an inner surface of an expansion joint 16 through a through portion of a drain pipe 14. The gas pipe 22 is arranged along the bottom plate surface of the exhaust heat recovery boiler flue. A pressure difference is generated between the high-temperature gas inlet 20 and the vicinity of the high-temperature gas outlet 21 inside the expansion joint 16 due to the flow resistance between the heat transfer tube groups in the flue due to the flow of the gas turbine exhaust gas. The high-temperature gas on the upstream side in the flue 1 is blown out to the inner surface of the expansion joint 16 through the high-temperature gas pipe 22 by using the gas, and the expansion joint 16 is heated so that the drain does not accumulate therein. |
