abstract | PURPOSE: To prevent the loss of holded heat of air bubbles and to enhance the heat efficiency of total water making plant by recovering air bubbles supplied to an electrodialysis tank and drawing the said air bubbles to supply again to the said electrodialysis tank. n CONSTITUTION: For example, in electrodialysis treatment of sea water, the sea water1 heated to about 40W70°C is supplied to an electrodialysis tank 2 and obtained portable water is recovered and concentrated brine 4 is discharged into sea water through a heat recovery apparatus. In this case, the compressed air 5 is supplied as air bubbles to the tank 2 and the air accumulated in the upper part of the tank 2 is withdrawn und suction to a compressor 9 through a pipe line 3 including a valve 10 and an air storage portion 12, thereafter introduced into a compressed air tank 5 and further supplied to the tank 2. Therefore, the holded heat of sea water transferred to air bubbles is recovered and the heat loss is prevented. And the air accumulated in the upper portion of the tank 2 may be discharged from a gas discharging pipe line 14 branched from a valve 7 bypassing the storage portion 12 through a valve 15. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio |
