abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a motive power from the motive action of water and air by connecting a container valve to the bottom of an underwater container through a waterproof film. n CONSTITUTION: A container valve 2 is connected to the bottom of an underwater container 3 through a waterproof film 1. This allows intake or exhaust of air through action of the container valve 2 and resultant floating or sinking of the container 3.
