titleOfInvention | Laminating method of thin sheet |
abstract | PURPOSE:To easily form an insulating film on an iron core for winding of a transformer by a method wherein a raw sheet consisting of two layers of a metallic thin sheet and a raw sheet of an insulating thin sheet are laminated and sintered. CONSTITUTION:Polyvinyl butyral and di-n-butyl phthalate are added to the alloy powder of Fe-6.5% and Si and an organic solvent is added to form a slime. At the same time, another slime is formed in the same way by using a blended powder, composed of magnesia, silica, alumina and barium oxide. With these two kinds of, slimes, raw sheet is formed by means of a tape casting method, respectively. After these sheets are dried in a room temperature, they are punched in a specified shape, laid one upon another alternately as one set of two kinds and are pressed in approximately 120 deg.C to complete a close adherence. Following this, after they are dried in the temperature of approximately 150 deg.C, they are sintered in H2 in the temperature of approximately 1,350 deg.C to complete it. During this constitution, it is effective when the difference of a thermal expansion coefficient between a thin sheet and an insulating material is made small, and each is made to react mutually in a certain extent during a sintering. |
