abstract PURPOSE:To prevent a support mechanism from being loosened because of repetition of thermal expansion and contraction by specifying the structure of a pressing plate. CONSTITUTION:A pressing plate 9 does not have a reverse U-shaped cross section, but has its both ends which are bent halfway in a horizontal direction. Both ends of a support body 8 are also widened in accordance with both ends described above. The pressing plate 9 consists of nonmagnetic materials with large elastic coefficient, such as stainless steel, phosphor bronze, etc. and is screwed by a screw 10 so as to be used within the range of elastic change of their materials. This structure reduces probability of its support mechanism being loosened even there is a thermal expansion and contraction in a high frequency circuit.
