titleOfInvention | Transfer recording by electric energization |
abstract | PURPOSE: To form a clear transferred image on a recording paper (plain paper) by interposing an insulating liquid between an ink sheet and a recording electrode needle in an electric energization transfer recording method. n CONSTITUTION: An ink sheet in which a coloring pigment 9 (e.g. carbon black and phthalocyanine) is dispersed in a bonding resin 10 (e.g. polycarbonate resin) with an softening point of 100W250°C is applied on a recording paper 2 (plain paper). On the other hand, a recording voltage is selectively applied between a recording needle 3 and a return electrode 6 arranged on an ink sheet 1 and an heat transfer ink 7 comprising a bonding resin and a colorng agent melted by heat generated with a recording current 6 is transferred onto the recording paper 2. In said method, an insulating liquid 8 (e.g. silicone oil) is applied at a thickness of 0.1W2μ on an ink sheet 1 on the side of contacting the recording needle 3. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1982,JPO&Japio |
