titleOfInvention Biaxial drawing blow molding method for polypropylene
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a product, the surface thereof is not roughened and which is excellent in transparency, by using the polypropylene, which contains 0.05-1wt% dibenzylidene sorbitol or its nuclear substituting derivative and a melt flow index (MFI) thereof satisfies a specified condition. CONSTITUTION:As a nucleus forming agent, 0.05-1wt% (preferably, 0.1-0.4) dibenzylidene sorbitol or its nuclear substituting derivative manufactured through a known method is added to polypropylene polymer powder to which an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent, an antistatic agent or a small amount of resin and elastomer are blended as necessary and mixed by means of a Henschel mixer, etc. Molecular chains are forcedly broken down by conducting said process in an air atmosphere without sealing with nitrogen, elevating an extruding temperature or adding a small amount of an organic peroxide to the powder and the mixture is pelletized so that the MFI satisfies formulae.
