abstract PURPOSE: To obtain cast iron with high heat conductivity, castability and heat resistance by adding a specified percentage of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, Cu and Mg to cast iron. n CONSTITUTION: To cast iron are added 3.30W3.65% C, 2.3W2.7% Si, 0.5W0.8% Mn, ≤0.08% P, ≤0.013% S, 0.25W0.40% Cr, 0.50W0.70% Cu and 0.012W 0.025% Mg while satisfying (C+1/3Si)=4.20W4.55.
