titleOfInvention Separation and recovery of synthetic resin waste lined with backing
abstract PURPOSE:To peel off and mill synthetic resin and lining material, and to separate and recover them individually, by crashing or cutting in a certain shape the synthetic resin waste lined with the backing and feeding it continuously to an extrusion disposer having screw with a certain amount of water added, stirring and conveying. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin waste lined with backing is crashed or cut in a certain shape and fed continuously, being afded with a certain amount of water, to a centrifugal dehydrating apparatus or an extrusion apparatus, then it was separated readily into the synthetic resin itself and the backing material by beating and stirring due to an impeller and a screw 11 rotating at high speed and the weakened backing material is pulverized to the particle. And these are recovered in form of the powder and the particle from a lower discharging port 19. By this, separation and recovery of the synthetic resin waste are efficiently performed by the simple disposer and perfect reclaiming is made possible.
