abstract PURPOSE:To obtain stable image quality having high faithfulness and to eliminate ground fogging by using an insulating non-magnetic toner contg. a specific resin. CONSTITUTION:The binder resin of a toner contains at least conjugate diene or/and acrylate and a graft copolymer obtd. by graft-copolymerizing >=1 kind of vinyl monomer or vinylidene monomer with a rubber-base polymer contg. a monomer having alkylene oxide groups and if necessary >=1 kind of copolymerizable vinyl monomer or vinylidene monomer as a consituting element. More specifically the binder resin is the rubber-like copolymer consisting of 50-99wt% conjugate diene or/and acrylyate, 1-50wt% monomer having 4-500 alkylene oxide groups and if necessary 0-49wt% >=1 kind of copolymerizable vinyl monomer or vinylidene monomer.
