titleOfInvention Continuous annealing method of cold rolled steel plate
abstract PURPOSE:To prevent oxidation during cooling by incorporating a specific amt. of an alkali metal compd. in a water cooling medium and using the same in the range of the temp. at the cooling end point satisfying specific conditions in the stage of adopting a method for controlling the temp. at the end point of cooling. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate having <=1,000Angstrom oxide film after heating and soaking treatments is cooled by a water cooling medium contg. 1 or >=2 kinds of alkali metal compd. and the temp. at the end point of cooling is controlled to near the temp. region of an overaging treatment in the stage of producing a cold-rolled steel plate by continuous annealing consisting of heating, soaking and cooling stages. The alkali metal compd. is incorporated at 10-20wt% in said water cooling medium and the medium is used in the range of the temp. at the end point of cooling satisfying the relation shown by the formula. In the formula X; is the weight concn. (%) of the alkali metal compd. and Y; is the temp. ( deg.C) at the end point of cooling.
