abstract | PURPOSE: To create a highly permeable oxygen gas transport acceleration membrane by providing the amino group, imidazole group, pyridyl group or Schiff base as a nitrogen-containing ligand while the polymer contains a bivalent cobalt ion or a monovalent copper ion. n CONSTITUTION: The permeable membrane consists of polysiloxane polymer containing the equivalent of over 0.01mg of nitrogen ligand. This polymer also contains the equivalent of over 10 -6 mg of bivalent cobalt ion or monovalent copper ion. For introducing these ions, it is possible to employ the following means: (1) To synthesize the polysiloxane polymer having a ligand as a side chain and then synthesize the required high polymer metallic complex through a reaction between afore-mentioned polymer and the metallic ion, (2) to cause a reaction between a synthesized low molecular complex of a low molecular ligand and a metallic ion (e.g. Co(Salen) complex, etc.) and polysiloxane having a coordinator as a side chain. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1985,JPO&Japio |
