titleOfInvention Deodorizing apparatus
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a deodorizing apparatus suitable for performing the deodorizing of a relatively small volume and showing high deodorizing effect to various malodors, by arranging a filter wetted with a deodorizing liquid in a gas flow passage by a blower. n CONSTITUTION: Suction apertures and an exhaust port 9 are provided to the front surface and upper part of a case 10 and a blower 2 is attached so as to correspond to the suction apertures 1. A filter 6 by receiving a water non- absorbable fiber such as glass wool in a disc shaped container made of plastic is provided in a liquid sump. 8 so as to immerse the almost half thereof in the deodorizing liquid stored in said sump. 8 and the shaft 15 of said filter 16 is supported in a rotatable manner in the liquid sump. 8. When the filter 6 is rotated, the deodorizing liquid 7 enters the filter from an intake port 16 and air sent by the blower 2 is contacted with the deodorizing liquid in the filter 6 to be exhausted from an exhaust port 9. The malodorus component in air is dissolved in the deodorizing liquid 7 to be removed. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
