abstract PURPOSE: To improve durability by having a magnetic film provided on a substrate, titanium nitride film provided on the magnetic film and fluorine surface active agent film provided on the titanium nitride film. n CONSTITUTION: The magnetic film 2 consisting of, for example, γ-Fe 2 O 3 is formed on the substrate 1 consisting of a film base or aluminum alloy base, Ni-Cu-P base, etc. The titanium nitride film 3 formed by, for example, a DC plasma DVD method is provided to about 200Å film thickness on the γ-Fe 2 O 3 magnetic film 2 and the fluorine surface active agent film 4 is formed to about 15W120Å thickness on the Ti nitride film 3.
