PURPOSE: To provide the titled fat emulsion containing a drug-active compound, a specific fat emulsion base and an emulsifier, having remarkably improved safety without lowering excellent antimycotic activity of the drug-active compound and exhibiting remarkable effect against profound mycosis. n CONSTITUTION: The objective emulsion contains (A) 0.01W20%(w/v), preferably 1W3% 1-(2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-methyl-1-pentenyl)-1H-imidazole, (B) 5W50%, preferably 5W20% fat emulsion base selected from triglyceride of 8W12C medium-chain fatty acid and di- or monoglyceride of 6W8C fatty acid, (C) 0.05W5%, preferably 0.5W3% emulsifier selected from a phospholipid having a phosphatidylcholine content of ≥85% (e.g. refined soybean phospholipid) and a nonionic surfactant and, if necessary, (D) an isotonic agent, a stabilizer, etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
