titleOfInvention Stamping roller cleaning device for printer of tablets or the like
abstract PURPOSE:To wash off ink completely in the non-attendance of an operator without scratching the surface of a stamping roller by allowing the stamping roller to rotate and also high pressure water to be ejected to the stamping roller while moving a nozzle to the axial direction of the stamping roller. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle B moves up and down by means of a motor 7. Water supplied from a tank 8 is pressurized by a pump 9 and this pressurized water is supplied to the nozzle B. Next, this high pressure water is ejected from the tip B, to a stamping roller A mounted on the rotating shaft 10 of a rotational means C. Thus the high pressure water at about 100kg/cm<2> is replenished to the nozzle B. The ideal diameter of the jet stream from the nozzle is 0.02-0.5mm and, preferably should be about 0.1mm. A sensor 13 is arranged facing the surface A1 of the stamping roller A attached to the rotating shaft of the rotational means C. Only the stamping part 5 of the stamping roller A is washed by controlling the rotational means based on the positional relationship between the sensor 13 and the nozzle B.
