An ethylene-containing composition containing 0.3 to 40 mol% of a specific structural unit (I) obtained by reacting an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) with a monovalent epoxy compound (B) having a molecular weight of 500 or less. A resin composition comprising 1 to 99% by weight of a modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C) in an amount of 5 to 55% by mole and 1 to 99% by weight of a thermoplastic resin (T1) other than (C). Moreover, it is a multilayer structure formed by laminating the resin composition and the thermoplastic resin (T2). Thereby, a resin composition excellent in barrier properties, transparency, stretchability, flexibility, flex resistance, and interlayer adhesion, and various molded articles comprising the same are provided. |
