abstract In the present invention, a reactive ion etching is used for a laminated structure having at least two metal layers and inorganic oxide layers, so that the surface state of the film composed of oxides or oxides and metals is changed. By activating and causing a chemical reaction, a fine structure having a hollow portion is formed on the substrate by utilizing the deposition of the reaction product.
