The core portion includes a burned material of plant-derived carbonaceous raw material, and the skin portion is made of a material having higher electron emission characteristics when irradiated with an electron beam than the material constituting the core portion. And a carbonaceous material for a negative electrode of a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery.
