abstract | Disclosed is an electrolytic solution capable of reducing the resistance while maintaining cycle characteristics of an electrochemical device in spite of using a fluorine-based solvent and suppressing gas generation during the cycle. An electrolytic solution containing a solvent, wherein the solvent is represented by the following general formula (1) (wherein R a , R b , R c and R d are the same or different and represent —H, —F, —CH 3 Or —CF 3 , provided that at least one of R a , R b , R c and R d is —F or —CF 3 , and at least one of R a , R b , R c and R d is -CH 3 ) and the following general formula (2) (wherein R e may contain an ether bond, linear or branched C 1-5 carbon atoms) An alkyl group or an alkoxy group, and R f is a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms which may contain an ether bond, provided that at least one of R e and R f contains a fluorine atom.
