abstract | Provided is a varistor aggregate capable of achieving good surge resistance while suppressing capacitance. It is provided with a sintered body obtained by sintering a laminated body in which varistor layers and internal electrodes are alternately laminated, and a pair of external electrodes provided in a state where internal electrodes are alternately connected at least on both end faces of the sintered body. It is a varistor aggregate in which a plurality of varistor elements (100) are connected in parallel. The varistor element (100) is configured to include a plurality of first group varistor elements (100) having at least a value obtained by dividing the surface area of the sintered body by the volume of the sintered body of 1.9 mm -1 or more. |
