titleOfInvention | How to improve the adhesion of tire aramid cord with rubber using microwave |
abstract | The present invention generates a radical by irradiating microwaves to a mixed gas consisting of a reactive gas of hydrogen, methane and an inert gas of nitrogen, helium or argon, and then reacting the radicals on the surface of the aramid cord activated by microwaves to react functional groups of aramid. It relates to a method of improving the adhesion of the aramid cord with the rubber by using a microwave, characterized in that to convert into a functional group having a high affinity with rubber. |
