abstract The rolling bearing has components of inner ring, outer ring and rolling chain, one of which is 0.1-1.0wt% C, 0.1-1.5wt% Si, 0.1-1.5wt% Mn and 0.1-3.0wt% Made of Cr-containing alloy steel, the alloy steel is carburized and carburized to form a surface layer with carbon and nitrogen condensation of 0.6-1.5 wt% and 0.05-0.9 wt%, respectively. The surface layer has an appropriate amount of retained austenite γ R , and can ensure a long life even under lubrication when foreign matter is present. High performance rolling bearings can be manufactured at low cost by selection of constituent materials, optimization of rolling elements and machining methods for inner and outer rings respectively and heat treatment.
