abstract The present invention relates to a bubble jet ink jet print head, a manufacturing method thereof and an ink ejecting method. In the print head of the present invention, a nozzle plate and a nozzle plate on which a manifold for ink supply, a hemispherical ink chamber and an ink channel connecting the manifold and the ink chamber are integrally formed in the substrate, and a nozzle on the substrate is formed. The annular heater surrounding is formed integrally without complicated processes such as bonding. Therefore, manufacturing becomes easy and mass production becomes easy. In addition, the ink ejection method of the present invention forms a donut-shaped bubble to eject ink, thereby preventing backflow of ink and suppressing droplets that degrade image quality.
