Piezoelectric ceramic compositions containing SrBi 2 Nb 2 O 9 as the main component are used as materials for piezoelectric ceramic devices having an improved temperature-dependent factor of resonant frequency. The satisfactory piezoelectric ceramic device is provided by using the piezoelectric ceramic composition. |
