abstract | The piezoelectric ceramic composition contains a component of the chemical formula SrBi 2 Nb 2 O 9 as a main component, and is absent except for Bi constituting the main component in a proportion of 0.15 moles or less (excluding 0 moles) in proportion to 1 mole of Bi in the main component (三Iii) at least one metal element. Piezoelectric ceramic compositions containing SrBi 2 Nb 2 O 9 as the main component are used as materials for piezoelectric ceramic devices having an improved temperature-dependent factor of resonant frequency. The satisfactory piezoelectric ceramic device is provided by using the piezoelectric ceramic composition. |
