Manufacturing method of composite sheet body suitable as self-supporting part of automobile |
abstract |
This invention provides the manufacturing method of the composite sheet which consists of foaming back flexible facing with the reaction mixture which forms a polyurethane foam. This polyurethane foam is characterized by having a density of less than 300 g / l, preferably of 20 to 150 g / l, and optionally containing isocyanurate groups. Suitable flexible facings are those having a thickness of less than 10 mm, preferably less than 2 mm. The composite produced by the present invention is suitable for use as a magnetic support component in the automobile field. Conventional reinforcement components are not necessary to prepare the self supporting composites. |
