titleOfInvention | Electrolysis apparatus for electrolytic copper foil and electrolytic copper foil produced in the electrolysis apparatus |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for continuously producing an electrolytic copper foil while removing a thiourea decomposition product during copper electrolysis, and to supply the high resistance copper foil obtained by the production method. Therefore, electrolytic copper foil is electrolyzed by electrolyzing the adjusted copper sulfate solution which added thiourea in the electrolytic cell, and the low copper copper sulfate solution after electrolysis discharged | emitted from the said electrolytic cell is returned to the copper dissolution tank, and it is used as copper dissolved sulfuric acid, and it is set as high copper copper sulfate solution. In the electrolytic apparatus provided with the copper sulfate solution circulation path which replenishes this solution with an additive, and sets it as an adjusted copper sulfate solution for electrolysis, 30 minutes on predetermined conditions, before returning the low copper concentration copper sulfate solution after electrolysis to a copper dissolution tank. An electrolytic apparatus is provided in which a circulating filtration tank capable of abnormal circulating filtration is provided, or a filtration means is installed by using an ultrafiltration apparatus. |
