abstract |
The present invention aims to provide an incineration apparatus which uses a combustible waste synthetic resin as fuel and makes the combustion device simple, and improves the combustion and combustion efficiency by improving the shape of the injection nozzle installed in the combustion device. The incinerator includes a combustion chamber whose inner wall is made of a heat resistant material layer; A plurality of semi-cylindrical injection nozzles, which are conical in the lower end of the combustion chamber and are formed in a predetermined direction, are installed on the conical surface, and a plurality of scaffolds are attached to the lower end of the conical surface along the circumferential surface. A combustion device having a hollow shaft for supplying combustion air; A preheat burner installed at an upper portion of the combustion device; A first oxygen supply pipe having a plurality of nozzles formed in an oblique direction with respect to the inside of the combustion chamber and installed above the preheat burner; A fuel supply device installed on an upper portion of the first oxygen supply pipe to supply flammable waste to the combustion chamber as fuel; A second oxygen supply pipe installed in a vertical direction in the center of the combustion chamber above the fuel supply device; It is characterized in that it comprises a discharge port provided in the combustion chamber wall above the second oxygen supply pipe. |
