abstract | After culturing human embryonic and adult stem cell lines in a suitable medium, the morphological characteristics of undifferentiated cells are measured and monitored by immunostaining, and the differentiation potential of stem cell lines is determined by inducing generated embryoid bodies (EB). Later, by searching for up-regulated and down-regulated genes in human embryonic and adult stem cell lines, expression-related gene profiles are provided in stem cell line differentiation. That is, in genes that are commonly up-regulated and expressed during differentiation of human embryonic and adult stem cell lines, the genes are RHOG (GenBank Accession No. X61587), which is a signaling pathway-related gene, and HIF1A (GenBank Accession No, a transcription factor-related gene).
