titleOfInvention | New peptide bond generation method |
abstract | The present invention is a novel method for generating peptide bonds, which constitute the main bone of protein structure, and is a production method useful for obtaining oligomeric intermediates capable of synthesizing intermediates or functional polymer materials of bioactive substances such as medicines. The nitrogen-protected amino acid is reacted under normal pressure and room temperature in the presence of N-hydroxysuccinimide and triphosgene or diphosigene to react with an carboxyl group of the amino acid. After obtaining an N-hydroxysuccinimide ester derivative in which an N-hydroxysuccinimido group is introduced, a peptide bond is formed by reacting with another amino acid having a carboxyl group protected immediately without separation. It is a manufacturing method of obtaining a compound.n n n Peptide bonds, N-hydroxysuccinimide, amino acids, N-hydroxysuccinimide esters, triphosgene, diphosgene, carboxyl mountain |
