titleOfInvention | Derivation method of marker gene for leukemia subtype, and marker gene and DNA chip |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for deriving an indicator gene for leukemia subtype determination and an indicator gene and a DNA chip according to the present invention. In particular, RNA is extracted from bone marrow of a leukemia patient, and a fluorescently labeled cDNA is synthesized from the extracted RNA. cDNA is applied to a DNA chip in which various human genes are integrated and hybridized, and the expression pattern of the human gene is quantified according to the degree of hybridization, and the expression pattern of the human gene is within the same range according to the quantified degree. By grouping them by the above leukemia subtype, it is characterized by deriving a human gene with high expression level. According to the present invention, it is possible to derive a large number of indicator gene groups that are specifically expressed by leukemia subtypes, and to diagnose accurate leukemia subtypes (AML, ALL, CML, CLL) of leukemia patients through these indicator gene groups. It can be effective.n n n n Leukemia, subtypes, indicator genes |
