abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a reaction solid metal slurry by solidification control in casting, and more particularly to a cooling device and a heating device in a ladle for transferring a molten metal to a sleeve of an extrusion molding device. By eliminating the special device such as, and producing the fine and uniform spherical solidified metal slurry through the solidification control of the molten metal, it is possible to maintain the inherent advantages of the solidified process, while maintaining the competitive advantage in terms of production cost and productivity. The present invention relates to a method for producing a solidified metal slurry by solidification control, which can achieve the above advantages even with a simple structural facility that omits facilities such as a cooling device and a heating device. |
