As a light reflector having a high reflecting performance and preventing a decrease in reflectance caused by ultraviolet irradiation, and at the same time forming a thin, it is possible to form a fine powder-containing polyester layer containing an aliphatic polyester resin and a fine powder filler. A light reflecting plate having a configuration in which a metal plate is laminated on one or both surfaces thereof is proposed. Such a light reflector can obtain excellent light reflectivity due to refractive scattering due to the difference in refractive index between the aliphatic polyester resin and the fine powder filler constituting the fine powder-containing polyester layer, and the aliphatic poly constituting the fine powder-containing polyester layer. Since the ester resin does not have an aromatic ring that absorbs ultraviolet rays, the reflectance is hardly reduced by irradiation with ultraviolet rays.
