| abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for forming a metal thin film which can obtain a low volume resistive conductive layer on an insulating substrate using a dispersion of metal fine particles. The solution of the said subject is the manufacturing method of the metal thin film which includes the process of heat-processing with superheated steam to the coating film containing metal fine particle dispersion, and the metal thin film manufactured by this method. It is preferable that the said coating film apply | coated or printed the metal fine particle dispersion on an insulating substrate. The metal fine particle dispersion may be a metal fine particle dispersion containing a reducing agent. The superheated steam may also be superheated steam containing an alcohol compound. |
