| abstract | The display device substrate includes a substrate, a first insulating layer, an undercut compensation unit, a first electrode, a second insulating layer, and a first conductive pattern. The first insulating film is disposed on the substrate. The undercut boss is disposed on the first insulating film and has an etching speed smaller than that of the first insulating film. The first electrode is disposed on a portion of the undercut compensation unit. The second insulating film has a contact hole exposing a portion of the first electrode and the undercut compensation part, and is disposed on the first insulating film on which the undercut compensation part and the first electrode are formed. The first conductive pattern is electrically connected to the first electrode through the contact hole. Accordingly, the contact characteristics of the display device substrate are improved, and the image quality of the display device is improved. |
